Blue Satin Perfume with colorful canes floral top Italian?

Another perfume I recently acquired. The glass looks Italian but the metal floral top is marked "Made in Germany West"
From the dicussions in this thread -

I am hesitant to use the term murrine/murrhine but there are sliced canes in the glass. What would be the proper term for the techniques?
Whole Floral Topped Perfume
Plastic and Metal Flowers
Cane

Any ideas on the maker? I am thinking 1950s Italian for the glass base.
I am sorry for the blurry pictures of the canes, but since the piece has been satinized there are soft and blurry looking
