Seeking ID on vintage vase

Strange vase(color changes from smoke-to light blue-to orange depending on lighting- orange only shows around edges though ). Stands 12 x 4 inches/ 30x 10 cm, has 8 lobes and weighs about 7 lbs/3.5 kilos. thnx for looking.

Photos of your vase with a white background (two bits of paper work well) taken in daylight would help a lot.

Daytime pictures. Vase is basically a light blue as in the picture of the mouth . When any light hits it, the grays and orange show up... although the orange shows only around the edges of the rim, base, and lobes.

That looks like a lovely bit of glass. No idea about it at all though. It kind of whispers Czech....
