I've just re-checked the Baccarat Heritage site (which you can check for yourself  -  it shows details for the Paris museum, opening times etc. and gives all the contact details i.e.  phone Nos. and email address - which seems to remain the same as I used).     Guess they could all be on hols.  -  but do re-check your spelling of the address you've used  -  only wants a full stop or whatever wrong, and you won' get an answer.        You could try phoning them. :)

I was looking for another type of cologne/perfume bottle and came across this list when I was searching.
Im not sure it's a help as I can't see Marcel Franck there, but I may have missed it.

I presume Marcel Franck used other glass makers to supply their bottles.  I know I have seen one that I thought was a Bohemian Kralik crackle glass used.
I've also seen Baccarat catalogues or something, I'll try and find the pictures for you to see if you can spot a match.

The catalogues are on Pamela's fabulous site

if you click on Baccarat on the left there are two sets I believe.
Hope this helps a little.
