Dear friends,
This Monday I had chance to see Pavel Hlava glass collection that belongs to Mr. Tomas Hlavicka (Hlava's son in law). Here are some pictures, made in dark room in hurry, but anyway pretty pieces, isn't it!

Jindrich, thank you once again for sharing your photographs with us... an additional resource for identifying Pavel Hlava designs. Wonderful!
By the way, Tomáš Hlavička's birds are
gorgeous
. What a talented man. If I ever win the lottery...

Thank you for reminding Anik, I have to be fair to our sympatic host.
Mr. Hlavicka just as all great artists I ever met is very modest man. He has spent with me and Max two hours of his expensive time speaking only about his father in law, about his style of work and the necessity to record somewhere Hlava s pieces and drawings for future.
I have asked him, "
but those penguins are not Hlava s statues, are they
?"
"
No, it is Hlavica
" he answered silently....
Mr. Hlavicka catalogue is here:

sorry, just a little notice about Czech names:
Hlava
is "head" in czech
Hlavicka
is "little head" in our language.
Tomas Hlavicka however is not little Hlava, for sure...

Just one more word about Tomáš Hlavička... 'Nest' on page 23 of the catalogue is breathtaking. I'm amazed.
