Yellow vase - ID = Sowerby pattern number 2597

Please could someone else me to identify this glass vase on behalf of Helen & Douglas House charity (childrens and young persons hospice based in Oxford).

It is 26cm in height and has a chip on the base

I thought possibly Scandinavian

It's English by Sowerby Pattern number 2597

I found this information on Pamela's wonderful Pressglas pavillion site which if you are identifying a lot of glass might prove very useful to you as it has a huge amount of identified pressed glass
