I have a very nice cut glass fag box by Edinburgh&Lieth , on the top is an engraved crown over a large capital A , i thought Craven A logo but no they have a black cat , any ideas ? Please .

Crowns should not be too hard to ID, might just turn to be some Royal/Ducal A hole (http://www.debook.com/gifs/Mailsmoker.gif) private suite. Atholl for e.g.
Obviouisly would like a nice big set of images for Scotland's Glass please :thud:

I spent half the night laying awake trying to recall a tobacco company name (beginning with A) that I thought I remembered from my days of collecting the cards. In the end in came back, and was Ardath - but I've searched and I don't see any obvious connection with Scotland/E & L or a crown etc., so can I now go back to sleep please

Thanks Frank for the coronets on Wiki , i probably have Princess Annes fag box .
the only thing missing is from the red bit up .
