Walsh Walsh Mother of Pearl or A.N.Other?
« on: September 24, 2011, 12:55:54 PM »
This is not what I normally find, so I'm quite stumped on this.  It bears a resemblance (to the uninitiated at least!) to Walsh Walsh Mother of Pearl, but I have no idea what I should be looking for.  It's quite a big piece and the Mother of Pearl vases on here look like they might be lighter in weight.  I guess a lot of companies made this kind of irridesence.

Circular polished pontil mark to base.

Well, here it is...what do you think?

Max, oh no they didn't.    ;D

Yes, it's Walsh Mother of Pearl.   If you want to see other larger pieces come and see me tomorrow.

My warmest,

Oh thank you Bernard!

I would love to come and see you tomorrow...I'd really love to.  But!  My husband's been away all week in Aberdeen (being thrown into swimming pools in a helicopter and immersion suit) and he's only got one day at home, then he's off there again.  I really should stay and keep him company.  It's a real shame, I was planning to go.

Thanks again for your help. xxx
