Almost certain it says "B8 JR" after the model number, which means that it was manufactured in 1951 (as previously noted) and engraved by John Rosenstam, who if I am not mistaken worked for Orrefors from the mid 20s to the early 60s.

Just to reinforce what everyone else wrote: This piece corresponds exactly to the vase P 2686 shown in the 1944 Orrefors catalogue as reproduced in Ricke, Swedish Glass Factories.
