12 inches wide by 6 inches high...Has a French Deco look but I'm thinking it's probably Czech...anyone?

I hope you're not inferring that Czech deco is in any way inferior to French deco. The piece is "glue chip" glass - a popular surface treatment in the thirties. But if it is American, or French, or Czech, or Belgian, or even German? we'll need a better picture of the handles and the bottom.

I've seen this pattern before a few times. It's generally attributed to Pierre D'Avesn for Daum's Verrerie D'Art Lorraine (Croismare) Plant. I think it may be shown in Cappa but I don't have a copy of the book to check (and I am unsure about one or two of the attributions in Cappa anyway...).

I can, however, confirm that it is French. I have an amber example which has a very faint 'Made in France' acid stamp mark on the base. They come in a variety of forms and finishes, sometimes flanged like this example, while others have more upright sides or sometimes a squared top.
