At 4"diameter it is more like a bottle coaster, the colour is light green (non-U). My first thought was "Val St. Lambert" but could not be confirmed. Does anyone recognise it?

Browsed some cats as I thought it should be easy to find coasters and intrestingly the only coasters I found were in a 1961 Val Saint Lambert, but only in the Imperial design.
