Help in identifying a Czech piece

Hello guys

Could anyone with any info on my lovely piece of Czech glass it has a paper label on the bottom that says Kablo Vrchabli ?.

Is it actually spelled 'Kablo Vrchlabi' ?  (with an 'L' in the last word?)

There's a small mention of that name on Google.  It appears to be a business.  I'm not sure it's particularly associated with glass manufacture as there's no mention of it anywhere on this board - I used our Search facility. 

What we need is a nice photo.  Can you please upload one for us to see?  We love seeing new bits of glass.   :thup:
