Duck paperweight maker ID please

brains fried looking through page after page of glass ducks and not seeing anything similar enough.

Any clues to where I should look next? Or save me the trouble and ID it for me?

Glass animals like these have been made all over the world.  Unless they're a really distinctive colour/style, it's very hard to place most of them imho.   :-\
