UK or Irish paperweight? Cross or is it a clover/shamrock logo

need help IDing this lovely little paperweight with a logo that looks like a crucifix to the naked eye, but when photographed looks like a shamrock.

weight 186g

2 1/4" high
2 3/4" across

I was not convinced that it is a dragonfly. But as Chris Capredoni was good enough to respond to another collector's query I will ask him myself. Now, where is his email????
