Its missing the epergne horn & as Christine stated it could be from any number of countries she listed. You can find these in a couple of Butler Bros. catalogs. I see them all the time over here in the malls although yours is a cut above in quality.

Where the white glass is thin enough, right at the pontil) I do see the fire of opalessence.
Every else it appears opaque.

Now I'm off to look up "espergne".

Make sure you spell epergne correctly  . This delicate floral design style seems to be something the US market liked. It's just not found very often in the UK.

Hold it up to the light and look through it from different angles - you should find the "fire".  :thup:
Opalesence is a very desirable and beautiful feature in glass.

Just thought i'd add, the flowers are painted in enamel, which is powdered glass, and then fired.
