It's not listed as a limited edition in the "Complete Guide to Pertthshire Paperweights." It is P133 and was made in ruby, blue, yellow and amethyst between 1990 and 1993.

Could you, please, post images - both, the item and the label?

Thank you for the images, Ray - so we are sure it's a PP133, manufactured 1990-93, and no limit mentioned in the "Complete Guide ...".
Now - for the label: the layout is identical to the "Paperweight" label as used during 1987 and 2001 - which covers the production period of PP133. Unfortunately that's all I can say - cannot remember having seen an "Art Glass" label before - but then I only collect paperweights. Perthshire also produced non-paperweight items: looks like they had separate labels for these - and in the case of your paperweight one of them was applied by accident(?).
