Wow! Did Murano really make that?  :shock: Ive never seen anything like that before.... in glass! There does seem to be a lot of interest in it, cant imagine having that on my mantlepiece when my great aunt comes to visit!  :oops:

Difficult to tell from the pictures, of course to really tell one also needs a picture of the base.

I presume as it has a lid it is a decanter or cream container. No one any ideas on maker? :P

I think the design is traditional.

In Amsterdam we make them in pottery as well, and sell them to tourists.
Does that say something about us, or about the tourists?!
