The form and color look to me like it could be Empoli glass. Maybe Ivo will be along soon to say yes or no.

Thanks Anita! I thought maybe it could be Empoli but I just don't know how to ID Empoli.  I have done some reseach on it but still not good enough to spot a piece. Now that we are on the subject I think I point on another piece of glass maybe it is Empoli also. It is 17" tall and I have looked for hours trying to find an equal. Thanks again for your help.
