Monart colourway at its best
« on: November 20, 2011, 08:28:04 AM »
well i think so , pics of latest purchase, base colour is a peachy ,orangey pink lol, never seen it before, and top colours are i suppose the heather colours, now i know shape is common but its the colourway that does it for me, now have it displayed up on shelf next to a Monart globe lamp which when lit shows the vases colours up brilliant, thoughts please
(who needs rubbish when you have a collection of Monart)

I agree with you, stunning colours - great piece of glass, congratulations :).            However, please don't be so dismissive of the Pfizer riser - some of us are not as young as we once were ;).

hi Gary,
nope its def not colour code 453, no gold in mines also i have a signed monart vase somewhere, in colour code 453 i purchased from usa years back , none of the colours match, im sure my vase is in the heather colours at the top but the bottom colour is very unusal, but i have to say that from the day it arrived i decided that it was my favourite Ysart colourway , well for now that is.
