I am fairly certain this is an item that was sold in Murano. Whether it was made there is another issue, as to me, some of those canes and colours look similar to Chinese ones, whereas others look very 'Murano' - possibly Fratelli Toso.

With the possible exception of the yellow canes this looks very much like miniature murano weights my sister and i bought in a glass shop at Disneyland 25 years ago. They carried a label that said Di Roma (or De Roma, can't remember which).
The shade of yellow in those canes looks Chinese but the daisy-like flowers is like Fratelli Toso. The sideways squashing of the canes is like the weights I have. Chinese canes are not so crisp as those typically.
