Hello, I have been watching this decanter on ebay, offered as a Holmegaard Gulvvase, which it obviously is not, and thought it looked like a Landberg Orrefors piece,

Any thoughts?

Thank you for your thoughts. I am not in the least familiar with Italian glass. This looks a lot like the Landberg vases in the book Scandinavian Glass, Smoke and Ice, page 49.

Oh yes, I see what you mean but the long neck and big round stopper do make the overall style look more Italian to me. Sometimes see similar in red and uranium sommerso.
