Art glass vase... - ID = Pukeberg
« on: January 14, 2012, 07:33:46 AM »
Hi all.   :hi:  I have a this vase that my husband found a while back and have had no luck with an ID.  I posted a thread on the eBay Pottery Glass & Porcelain message board with no luck and was referred to this board.  Any help or ideas with this vase would be great.  Thanks!   :X:

To get the ball rolling, I would say North American is a possiblility. I am not to familar with North American, being in Australia it doesn't turn up much down here.

Sure and thank you both for taking a look!  This was found in Chicago Illinois on the South side of the city.

Thanks to everyone for their help with this piece.  Unfortunately, I did not have any luck coming closer to an ID.     We still love it regardless of who made it!   :)

Thanks Anne!  I'm not giving up.  I haven't found an ID yet for this vase but have learned so much about other art glass makers from the many many hours of searching!   :)

Could this be a sibling? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330677709930&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:GB:1123

If so Pukeberg, well I never would have guessed!

Price looks a tad speculative....

John
