Tall smoked glass vase 16" - cased and heavy, fine quality - the form looks Scandinavian but I can't locate factory - any help welcomed
Oblong remains of sticker to base

Modern, likely Ikea, remains of bar code label to base....
I think they sold these in different sizes.

Thats my mistake. Was sold as retro. Dealer had in three different sizes. I took a gamble but will be taking it back as I paid over the odds

Easily done, many dealers will have specialist knowledge in one area but not others.

Similar shape indeed -- but I cannot tell from the pics if Adam's is cased in clear like mine...
I suspect that my vase could be modern as well, but there is a vase in exactly the same shape in the Gralglas book (colour and finish would be ok for this maker), so I still can hope

Mine did have a clear casing - I took it back to the dealer and swapped it for a Kosta Boda vase. Only days later I saw the same vase in white with Ikea sticker to side.
