Hmm!  The only reservation I have with that observation is that the Kingsware glass shown seem to have much thinner walls/rims and also the walls near the base are much thicker in my vase than those shown in the Kingsware catalog.  If the base were just ground and not polished I would be pretty certain it was Chinese as the rim is so off centre, BUT!

I do not know how consistent Skrdlovice glass would be if it were hand-made, but I agree with Scavo that it seems unlikely to be so off centre at the rim.

Just remembered(after a senior moment) the other observation that inclines me to discount Kingsware.  Their knobs tend to be in two fairly distinct rings.  In my vase they are very scattered indeed.

This doesn't look like Kingsware in the catalogue to me.
The neck rim is different, the pattern of the bumps is different.

Could be Japanese, I have seen a few of these here and suspect they could be. Haven't seen a labelled one though.
