Is this white bowl carnival glass? - ID = Imperial, frosted glass

Another from the estate sale. It looks similar to other carnival glass bowls but does not have any irridescence (sp?). Does it have to be irridescent to be carnival glass?

Yes, Carnival is always iridescent. This is frosted glass.
