Topic: Harlequin ID?

Hi, I recently acquired this Harlequin type pwt and am curious as to its age and maker. It is 3" in diameter by 2.75" in height. Per the previous owner, it was found at a Paris fleamarket in the early 80s. The pwt has 6 bubbles surrounding a larger center one; the color chips include gold aventurine ones. The pontil is ground but isn't level with the base, so there is very little wear to the base. The ground is cobalt blue chips over opaque white ones. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would have said Alsace or Belgium without seeing your Paris comment. There are quite a few around like this one from those areas.
