Art Deco iridescent crackled vase
« on: February 04, 2012, 07:18:05 PM »
I got an error from having a picture too large when I first posted this, so I hope this message, with smaller size pictures, is not a repeat.
I am trying to find out who might have made this iridescent crackled vase.  It is 7" tall and does not have a pontil; the bottom is flat and is also iridized and crackled.  There is a picture of this vase in a Millers guide with the caption underneath saying "American" but I am skeptical because they did not name a specific glassmaker and I've never seen something like this in an American piece.  Does anyone recognize this piece?  Thanks, Cathy
