Please help with ID of this Bohemian style glass
« on: February 27, 2012, 12:48:51 AM »
Hi and thanks in advance. Does anyone know the maker of this beautiful glass? It is 8" tall, has 6 prunts on the knop, a hollow tapered stem sporting helical scraffito and an ogee shaped hand enameled bowl.

Your helical scrafitto is actually machine threading, i.e., a thread of molten glass wound on using a machine. The enamelling looks quite modern (20th C), thought the glass style is older.
