I think it is overshot, but I wouldn't call it cranberry - rather I think this red to clear is referred to as Rubina... although whether that is right or wrong I don't know.  I think one of the US makers specifically make something they named Rubina.  I can't remember which one - so perhaps not correct to refer to it as Rubina  ::).
Possibly either English or Bohemian perhaps?
