A friend has asked me to help ID this piece. He has a chance of buying a couple of these & wanted to know the maker & what he should be paying? this one is 4.5" high & the other is 6" high

Any ideas guys? we have 4 hours to help!!

There may be other manufacturers that i don't know of (i've just noticed the rim looks thinner on yours).

These are nice items and generally sell well.  Probably too late to help, but condition is crucial.  Any chips/dings/bruises reduce the value considerably or even totally.
