1970s cased, bobble vase - Japanese 'Best Art'?

Mould blown vase, cased, green with bobbles. Is it Japanese, Scandinavian or Empoli?

My hunch is Japanese.

Stands 21 cm high.

I think Japanese as well, and I think something similar has been on the board before - maybe check under Dalek?
