Daum Georges de Feure type Vase C1910
« on: March 22, 2006, 08:31:23 AM »
Hi

Any help on this vase very similar to the more well known Georges de Feure which is more often seen , the vase is very similar and looks to have been made by the same maker which I believe was Daum , it has a different series of Ladies decorated on the Vase and has been signed on base but I am having trouble reading it, Height of vase 5.5" and weighs a heavy 1.3kgs

Any help on the signed artist would be of great help

I don't recognise that signiature, however, I have seen the same vase marked 'Lorrain' suggesting it was produced by Daum at their 'Verrerie D'art lorraine' Croismare plant. can't help as to the designer though.......
