Lost, Stolen or Damaged Murano Glass
« on: April 15, 2012, 06:13:25 AM »
Hi All

We know that sometimes people inherit a beloved piece of Murano Glass then the unthinkable happens. The children bump it whilst playing, the dog knocks over the table and then it happens. That special item is gone and the horrible things is that when glass breaks, it is virtually impossible to repair. So what options do you have? Well luckily we can take care of replacing that beloved item with one that is as close to the original as possible. Our Murano Glass Insurance claims service can take care of everything for you so please visit our site and contact us via the insurance claims link

Dean, I read the ad on your site and was thoroughly confused. Do you mean you will just give an appraisal to the person's insurance company, or is someone going to make a copy. And the new for old, etc., totally lost me.

I was also curious about the $250 fixed rate shipping. Is that for chandeliers. large orders, or for anything anyone buys?

Hi TX

Thanks very much for visiting our site and pointing what could potentially could be quite confusing.  Let me answer both points

1.  With regards to insurance claims, if a person has either lost or smashed glass or had their loved treasure stolen, we can have them replaced new for old providing they have the relevant insurance.  We organise a formal insurance valuation / appraisal (for a fee) which we then submit to the client.  They in turn submit this to their insurer and we have the damaged, lost or stolen item made to order as a replacement

2.  The $250 flat rate shipping applies to ALL orders regardless of the quantity / number of items  involved

I hope this clears things up for you
