Perthshire or other ?

Hi, still learning and wondered if this was a Perthshire P/W. Its 3 inches dia with a  fire polished concave base and is 2 inches tall.

Agreed - a nice example of a Perthshire PP1.  The lack of a P cane at the centre, and the fire polished base mean it was made pre-1978.
