Should I rule out Barbini for this glass swan?
« on: April 24, 2012, 12:46:07 PM »
There seems to be quite a bit of variation in swans attributed to Barbini. It's probably a bit much to ask for a positive attribution for such a humble example, but I want to ask if I should rule out the possibility that it could be. I realise that it could just be generic Murano in the style of.

It has some traits I believe are quite common for this eye type, i.e. a bit boz-eyed.
The yellow glass is quite cloudy but it doesn't react to UV.

Please have a look and please impart your thoughts. Thanks.
