Iridized pear with clear glass stem - Glassform label to base - not signed by Ditchfield but looks like his work - is it?

I'd believe the label.  8)
These small things are "bread-and-butter" pieces for the studio, most likely made by trainees. John only signs "one-off" pieces these days.
