Tom Young Bridge of Allan?

Now I have seen these on eBay signed by Tom Young so I am assuming this is also by him - here is his website, he is based in Bridge of Allan, Scotland.

Yes - Ed Iglehart doesn't do tops like that - and his bottoms are more rounded.  8)
