Need Help Identifiying 2 pieces of EAPG Glassware!
« on: May 06, 2012, 04:01:22 PM »
Hello! I have 2 pieces of what I believe to be EAPG Glassware and would really appreciate any help anyone can give me.  One is a glass pitcher and the other is a berry bowl.  The berry bowl measures approx. 2 1/4" tall x 6 1/4" diameter.  It is crystal with a gold flashed rim.  I have included pictures of both.  If you need further information, please let me know. Thanks so much!

Your pitcher is an Imperial piece. It's illustrated in crystal in Imperial's 1909 catalogue, where it has the number 411 1/2 (four one one and a half). This same pattern is known in Carnival Glass (but not in the pitcher shape) where it has been given the name TWINS.

Hello

The bowl was made by Tarentum Glass Co. circa 1901 and is called "Paneled English Hobnail".  Shown in an illustrated ad but without the original manufacturer's name or line number.

Sometimes confused with Riverside's Reward pattern.
