Caithness MAYFLOWER glass signed WH or HM - what is it? Who by?

First question is what is it?
It's a bit big for a wine goblet but stands about the same hight at 11.5 cm x 6.5 cm diameter. Looked through Scotland's Glass Caithness drinking vesels and Charles H's book

HM (Helen MacDonald)?
