Hi Angel
I pictured one of these only last week In Green - and my glitterati colleagues on the forum described this as "maker unknown" she's poss Czech but has strong strains of both Bagley and Walther in terms of design (Walther "Berlin" Bowl - currently on eBay at £65) and Bagley "marine" bowl £39.99 on eBay.

I was going to sell mine last Saturday but fell back in love with it after a whisk around the washing up bowl!!

Yes, it really does have Walther looks and also the Bagley 'Marine'. I look forward to the possibility of someone knowing for sure but it could be one of those pieces that will never be identified.
