Sklo Union - Any Ideas?

I posted a similar vase some time ago but without any real ID - I am sure its Sklo in terms of colour and shape - the base rim is right and the moulding too - any ideas on a factory, I know there are some real experts on Czech here so heres hoping.

Sklo Union 13131 Rudolfova hut according to Marcus Newhall. I have not seen a blue one before.
