Still a bit unsure of the differences between Strathearn and Perthshire, but I think this is Perthshire? It's 70mm wide 45mm tall.

Hi Nick
It is a Perthshire PP1 design. Early ones can be rather like some good Strathearn weights, but generally the Perthshire are neater, with more delicate canes.
