ID Help #1 - Baccarat?

I'm posting two requests for ID help.  The first has an unusual center cane.  It is a miniature, 1 7/8" diameter by 1 1/3" high.

I am thinking it is Baccarat, but the center cane isn't one that I've seen before.

I too think it is Baccarat.  The centre cane reminds me of one that I have seen that looks more like a flower with many petals.
