Beranek Vase
« on: May 29, 2012, 07:35:29 PM »
Now I wonder if this should be in the Skrdlovice thread being Beranek - just bought and I see many versions on eBay (not cheap) - I see the company changed into Family hands and took on the Beranek name and label in 1992 so this must be post that date - what date precisely and is there a range name for this - I know its by Ladislav Palecek from a quick search.

It was designed by Ladislav Palecek in 1977 for Skrdlovice (later Beranek glassworks).  You can find your vase in the Beranek catalogue, accessible from Jindrich's Ceskoslovenske Sklo website  http://www.cs-sklo.cz/ or by using this link: Beranek catalogue

You can also find it in the 1979 Skrdlovice glassexport catalogue.
