ID HELP PLZZ

I'm thinking of a buy but need help with the ID. The weights on Ebay now. Does anyone know the maker?

Picture is way too small.  Try giving the Ebay address maybe there is a better picture there.

sorry Ross & kevin-the weight is listed under "Perthshire". I have no idea how to post a "link"to a site. Its a clear weight with millefiori center and a blue overlay thats been faceted away. I understand if you can't help. my computer ignorance--Ken

The millefiori canes appear to be Goebel Of Italy canes from circa 1981.  The big facets look flat. So I'll go with Italian.
