Kingfisher Blue Chimney Style Vase for ID please.

Can anyone help me with this kingfisher blue chimney style vase please? I've been keeping an eye open for some info for almost a year now and can't find anything on the board or elsewhere. I've seen what I think is the same vase on Ebay in dark grey and red but can't be sure.

Weighs 0.7kg Height 8.5" (21.5cm) x base diameter 3.25" (8.25cm) x rim diameter 4.25cm, thickness of glass at rim 0.7cm.

The base is completely flat and smoothly rounded at the edge, not easy to photo.
