Amber/clear/black amethyst --- German bowl/vase

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows the maker (or age) of the piece or might have an idea where to look.  Not having any luck in searches, but not really sure what to search for besides footed german vase/bowl.  I would be very grateful for any info or tips.
