Uranium vase from Belgium?

On my way to the dentist I scored this 12 1/2 " Uranium green vase @ a dealer who gets all his schtuff in Belgium.  So what do we think - Belgian or not?

Could this one be related Ivo?  Its 12" high and the 'hobnail' pattern continues onto the base.

Definitely a close family resemblance, especially with the pattern continuing on the bottom. Now to find out who dunnit!
