Topic: Antique Fenton? Stourbridge lamps

I have been trying to find out any information about these gorgeous lamps? I thought they might be Fenton or Stourbridge, but am not sure. Help?

Hello and welcome to the board. I'm moving your post into our general GLASS id forum as you are asking for an identification, rather than knowing your lamps are definitely American.

Not at all certain these are Fenton per se. Now there is a possibility these were made by Fenton for the L.G. Wright Co. in the 50s as Wright subcontracted with Fenton who produced glass for them although I could not find them in the Wright reference book. Personally to me they look as if they are "Bristol" type vases that later someone simply drilled & made into lamps which was a fairly common practice.

I think I'm with Ken on this. Good quality late 19th/early 20th C Bohemian vases made into lamps. Have you got a UV light to check if they are uranium glass, as that would help to date the glass?
