Brockwitz pattern 1035a uranium atomizer, dating from 1915

Having only just found this in Pamela's pressglas-pavillon thought I'd post a pic. should anyone wish to use.        Page 159 No. 4A is an atomizer with a slightly different design of metalwork, but the glass design is the same.     It says "edelgrun plus 30%" - which may refer to the uranium coloured pieces.    A little cloudy, but I'm not going to take apart to clean.

Experience teaches that anyone who begins to collect in any field can feel a change in his soul. He becomes a joyful man filled with a deeper empathy, and a more open understanding moves his soul.

Candlestick 1046 in clear glass.

Perfume flasks 1035/2, 1035/3 and 1035/4 in pale canary (highly UV-reactive) uranium glass.

Quite a few more pieces to go, though, before we have photos of the full set.

(Permission for the re-use of the images of the perfume flasks on GMB granted by johntranklements).
