Help Identifying Murano Sculpture
« on: July 23, 2012, 03:33:48 PM »
This is a very unique Murano Art Piece.  It is 14” X 10” and 2 ¾ “ thick, weighs 22.8 pounds. Looking at it reminds of looking into an aquarium.  It is composed of a dark blue glass at rear with a clear glass in front with a large (bubble) and a varied background,  in the shape of an arrowhead.  It is in very good condition but has base wear.  The acid etch trademark of Murano can be seen in the photo, it is truly remarkable.remark  You can see  photos at http://casa-yantas.ecrater.com/c/1584353/murano
